Tsuneaki Kobayashi's Biography:
Born in Nagano Prefecture, Japan 1958. Graduated from Hosei University, joined Shingakukai, educational institution. Currently serving as a standing director at the institution.
In accordance with Kobayashi's appointment, Hideyuki Maekawa has resigned from his board member position after serving full term.
