CASTALIA AND BAGSHIIN TUSLAH LAUNCH MONGOLIA'S FIRST EDU-TECH PROJECT; A SMARTPHONE-BASED MOBILE LEARNING CONTENT AS SOLUTION TO EDUCATIONAL DIVIDE
Castalia Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Tokyo, Japan), the operating company of mobile learning platform "Goocus", joined forces
with Bagshiin Tuslah LLC (headquarters: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia) to launch "Bagshiin Tuslah", an app dedicated to high
school students in Mongolia to prepare for the national center examination for university admissions.
"Bagshiin Tuslah", an app that supports high school students who take the national center examination for university admissions as well
as their parents and teachers, has been launched in Mongolia on February 2, 2020.
All learning activities, such as tests and lectures by Mongolian teachers each of whom has the highest teaching skills in the respective
field, are offered online to enable the students to achieve high scores at the national center examination.
As the first EduTech project in Mongolia, the app utilizes smartphones to offer an affordable learning environment to high school
students who have not been able to study sufficiently towards the examination due to financial reasons. The goal is to bring equal
opportunity to Mongolia in terms of education.
