CASTALIA TEAMS UP WITH ADVANCED IDEAS ON CODE EDUCATION PROJECT AS PART OF JAPAN-SAUDI VISION 2030

Castalia Co., Ltd. joined forces with Advanced Ideas Co., Ltd. in order to promote code education in Saudi Arabia.  On May 11, 2020, the memorandum of understanding was signed by both parties: Advanced Ideas founder and CEO Mr. Sabah A. Al-Kraidees and our CEO Satoshi Yamawaki.

In this project, we provide elementary school children in Saudi Arabia with code education, and aim to achieve gender equality through the employment of women as lecturers.  In order to accomplish these missions, the code education classes are to be held at shopping malls easily accessible to anyone.

The project is supported by Japan Cooperation Center for the Middle East.

“Japan-Saudi Vision 2030” is a government-level cooperation scheme that combines Japan’s growth strategy and Saudi Arabia’s counterpart “Vision 2030”, aiming to further develop a strategic partnership between the two countries from an oil provider-consumer relationship, for a prosperous economy and future for both parties.  By participating in this project, Castalia aims to contribute to the promotion of code education in Saudi Arabia.
