Doubling the number of Ozobot Classroom Kit available for rent boosts the opportunity to try the product at more schools and educational institutions
Castalia is enhancing its free-of-charge rental plan of “Ozobot Classroom Kit”, a set of robots and peripherals to learn code education with. To improve the current situation where the high popularity of the product has generated less opportunities to use it, we will gradually increase the number of available kits from the current four to eight sets. This availability enhancement plan starts April 2021, so that more children can learn logical thinking and robotics easily and at the same time have fun playing with the robot.
Please note that the rental plan is Japan market exclusive.
[Ozobot]
Ozobot is a series of small-size robots developed by Evollve Inc. (headquarters: California, USA) in 2014. It has a “line tracing” function that allows Ozobot to automatically trace the lines drawn on paper or tablet devices, as well as the “OzoCodes”, a series of commands made from combinations of colors that are read and executed as “turn right” or “pause”, for example.
Ozobot 2.0 Bit won the 12th annual Kids Design Award in Japan in 2018.
Castalia is Ozobot’s official import/sales agent in Japan.
