Castalia Co., Ltd. has formulated a General Employer Action Plan in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Plan is based on two key perspectives: developing an employment environment that supports employees in balancing work and family life while raising children, and providing employment support for young people.
◆ Plan Period
From October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2025
◆ Objectives
- To accept at least one young person per year for an internship or to provide opportunities for part-time work experience.
- To introduce, by April 2024, a short-time working system that may be used upon request by employees with children who have not yet entered elementary school.
