We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Koushi Horiuchi as our new Corporate Auditor.
Biography of Koushi Horiuchi
After graduating from university, Mr. Horiuchi began his career at a major convenience store chain listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (First Section). He later joined Meiko Network Japan Co., Ltd., where he served as a director and an executive in affiliated companies, contributing significantly to the development of the education business. He has also held director positions at K.Line Co., Ltd. and KOTOH & COMPANY CO., LTD., founded Tokyo Bay Solte, and joined the non-profit organization Everyone’s Code (Minna no Code).
In conjunction with this appointment, Mr. Hiroyuki Wakamatsu has resigned from his position as Corporate Auditor. We sincerely thank him for his valuable contributions to our company.
